Call for Proposals: Provision of Unarmed Manned Guarding and Security Services at AAH-I Facilities in Jamjang and Yida, Ruweng State, South Sudan

 

Action Africa Help (AAH) South Sudan is calling for proposals from eligible and legally operating competent and reputable service providers in South Sudan, to provide Unarmed Manned Guarding and Security Services at its Facilities located in Jamjang and Yida, Ruweng State, South Sudan. 

 

The successful Service Provider shall be required and expected to provide the unarmed manned guarding and security services at the following specific locations and facilities in Ruweng State: Yida Transit centre, Yida Accommodation/office compound and at the AAH-I Logistics Base, Jamjang.

Responses will be given within 48  hours from receipt of such requests.

Established in 1993, AAH Uganda has over 20 years’ experience delivering essential health, education, water and sanitation services to communities, providing emergency humanitarian and logistical support in the wake of conflict, and transforming lives through food security and livelihoods initiatives.

  

AAH Uganda with funds from UNHCR invites companies/firms to bid for the below listed construction works.

The bid documents can be downloaded above or collected from our office on Ntinda road, plot 72, Ntinda. Bids should be returned to our office not later than Wednesday 10th May 2017, at 5:00 pm and will be opened before bidders or their representatives on 11th May 2017, at 10:00 am, at AAHU Ntinda office board room.

 

Please note: The process for disposal of assets will start on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 with the public viewing of the assets and will end on 10th May 2017 with the bid opening and award. Disposal bid forms can be picked from our office in Kampala.  

 

AAHU reserves the right to accept or reject all bids. Bidders are allowed to bid for not more than two lots for construction works.
