Our programmes in Zambia promoted healthy lives and well-being for all at all ages. Modelling our implementation around already established government and community structures are key in ensuring a sustainable approach to support health outcomes of the communities that we serve. Percentage of facilities providing long-life ART for HIV positive pregnant and breast-feeding women within MNCH setting - 80 In Zambia 9,957 urban refugees, asylum seekers and members of the host community accessed primary health care services.
